The Tradescantia has continued much as it did in March with prolific growth and new shoots everywhere. I couldn't wait for the new pots to arrive, as I was away for a week early in April and it would probably not have survived without water for a week in the previous pot, so I re-potted in an old that I found. It certainly survived OK and I doubt it will be long before it outgrows this pot as well. At some point I will have to think about pruning, rather than re-potting, otherwise it is likely to take over the entire polytunnel.
