Tradescantia spathacea

This variety of Tradescantia is known as Dwarf Tricolour. It was purchased from a local shop in mid January at the same time as the Cordylines. It was originally kept at 18-28°C (64-82°F) in reasonable shade, but the purple underside of the leaves faded, so I moved it into more light and the colour became more vivid again. A couple of the leaves dried out and turned brown at the end of January, after I let the pot dry out a little too much, but it seems much happier now, being watered every 1-2 days with a weak soluble feed every 10-14 days.
