After no improvement in the weather in June, the Jubaea chilensis was unable to pull through. The one sign of life in the emerging leaf, faded as the leaf turned brown and stopped growing. This is particularly disappointing, as it was one of my first palms and held other sentimental value, although with my lack of space, the long term future for this palm was never fantastic, at least not as part of this small collection.
