I received two plants in August 2006, as small, bare rooted seedlings. I potted both together in an oversized pot, but they never seemed to recover from their journey. The first plant started to wither and turn brown almost immediately. I was more optimistic with the other plant, because despite a some browning of the leaves there was some evidence of slow growth on the newest leaf. Unfortunately, it never really looked healthy and within a couple of months any evidence of growth had ceased and the new leaf began to turn brown. By November both plants were well beyond any hope of recovery.
