I have moved one of the Dypsis onilahensis from the well lit area to the more shaded area so there are now two in light, two in shade and one remaining in it's original pot in the germination box. They have all continued to grow steadily, although the plants in the higher light area are definitely growing faster and are first to prodcue pinnate leaves. The one plant that remains in the germination box is by far the slowest grower. I don't know if the slower growth is caused by environment or the restriction of the smaller pot, but, whilst the roots are visible from the bottom of the pot, it is far from pot bound. Despite the slower growth in the germination box, the foliage probably looks the most healthy of all of the plants. I will probably leave each of the plants as they are for a while and continue the observation. There have been no more seeds germinate, despite slightly warmer temperatures, so I think it is doubtful that I will see any more germinate now, although I am happy to leave the remaining seeds potted up as they are, until I need the space for other things.
