Chamaedorea cataractarum

The Chamaedorea cataractarum seems quite happy in it's new location and has continued to grow well during May. The new leaves are beginning to hide the leaves with calcium deposits giving the plant a much more attractive appearance. The new location is still not providing enough space really and when this plant divides again it will require considerably more space. I am not keen for this plant to go outside as it is too tender for my climate, but I always knew it eventually would have to go outside with winter protection, so I just want to prolong things until it is a little larger and the move is unavoidable. There have been no changes to watering, feeding or environment for this palm this month.
